Once you subscribe, you are assigned a dedicated CA and provided login details to your personal dashboard where you will upload your sales invoices, purchase bills and bank statements in the first week of every month. The CA then prepares your books and completes your monthly tax compliances such as TDS and GST based on the information received.
We offer services beyond those included in the Subscription Package on an as-needed basis. You can set up a call with an expert by emailing us on info@inrole.io to know more about our additional services.

No. The dedicated CA has only one point of contact from your organisation – this could be you or your admin. Any information from vendors must be retrieved by the client to avoid any miscommunication.
We use any accounting software that the client prefers including Tally, Zohobooks and QuickBooks.
Yes, you will get the following reports:
- Your business’s P&L statement is shared on a quarterly basis
- Your business’s GST filing and TDS filing updates are shared on a monthly basis
- You are/Your team is required to upload
(a) Sales Invoices for the month
(b) Purchase Invoices for the month
(c) Bank Statement for the month on your personal Insta CA dashboard every first week of the next month (e.g. October purchase bills are to be shared in the first week of November). - Your dedicated CA will share the working of GST returns/TDS deposits before filing. You /Your team will be required to confirm your understanding before the dedicated CA proceeds for filing.

No. Statutory audit, Tax Audit and GST Audit are not included in this services subscription. Inrole can work with an auditor of the client’s choice or connect the client with one of it’s affiliates.

Statutory Audit is a mandatory compliance for all entities registered under the Companies Act - Private Limited and Public Limited Companies.
Tax Audit is a conditional audit conducted under the Income Tax Act. If the turnover of any entity – Sole Proprietor, Private Limited Company or LLP is more than 1 crore, and in case of professionals if the value of services is more than Rs. 50 lacs, a Tax Audit is required to be conducted by a qualified CA.
GST Audit is a conditional audit conducted under the Goods and Service Act. If the turnover of any entity – Sole Proprietor, Private Limited Company or LLP is more than 2 Crores, a GST Audit is required to be conducted by a qualified CA/Cost Accountant.
